The palace, originally owned by the Goldstand family, was built in 1901–1903 for the Warsaw financier Leon Feliks Goldstand and his wife Zofia Karnkowska, coat of arms Junosz, designed by architects Franciszek Lilpop and Karol Jankowski. A Warsaw banker was looking for a dignified seat and in 1897 he acquired the lands of Zaborowskie. The palace itself was built in the place of the former court of the Izbiński family. The building of the palace combines elements of Baroque and Classicist styles, at the same time referring to the country houses built in Poland in the mid-eighteenth century. It is a multi-story building founded on a rectangular plan covered with a mansard roof. The conservatory adjoined the palace from the south and from the north there was a connection with the kitchen pavilion. His daughter Janina Górska became the heir of the estate after the death of Leon Goldstand, who lived with her husband until 1939, when she left for England. During the occupation, German troops were stationed here, and after 1945, the local state-owned farm was established in the palace. In 1968, the palace was taken over by the Association of Polish Journalists, which in 1974 created a home for creative work. After 1990, the palace was handed over by the liquidation commission dividing the former property of the RSW to two organizations: the Association of Polish Journalists and the Association of Journalists of the Republic of Poland. Eventually it became private again. The palace and surrounding park on March 23, 1962 were entered in the register of monuments.
