The present church was built in the style of Polish Baroque in 1773-1782 from pine wood during the felling of old trees. The construction was started thanks to the efforts of priest Forset and completed on the initiative of priest J. Żegocki. On July 15, 1791, the building was consecrated by Bishop Antoni Pobóg Malinowski. The interior of the church was created in 1865-1871 thanks to the efforts of priest S. Smoleński. The temple was foundation in 1929. In 1935, the church received external boarding. In the same year, the building was covered with copper sheet. The temple was built on a rectangular plan. The shape of the front elevation refers to the style typical of eighteenth-century brick churches. It has two corner towers topped with sheet metal. Three-nave building. The ceiling in the interior is supported by wooden pillars. The church presbytery is topped with three sides. The equipment represents a late baroque style, has a dominant white color and gilded ornaments.
