The smallest defensive castle in Mazovia of the Mazovian princes erected before 1429 with a characteristic gate tower. Completely rebuilt in the 16th and 17th centuries, destroyed during the Deluge and the Northern War. In addition to the gate tower, part of the surrounding walls and foundations of the Big House have survived. Located on a small headland surrounded by swamps on three sides. In 1963, the Armory Museum was founded. His exhibition presents the history of the castle, photocopies of drawings, paintings and a rich collection of weapons from the Middle Ages to the 19th century, including the largest bayonet collection in Poland. In summer, historical and archaeological festivities are organized here, including staging of knightly tournaments.
